It was just an ordinary day at OPD of the hospital . After bidding a to winter of Delhi, doctors and the long queue of patients all were looking to brace sizzling temperature and awaiting to welcome Summer at the national capital.

My next patient, just about 32 years of age and mother of two small kids walked in with a face showing Brutal existence of realities of life, worry, ache, and distress written all over.
